All orders are made through Angel Eyes By Charlie Unisex Beauty Salon, Charlie will ensure personally that the correct products for your needs are ordered and are suitable for you.  All orders are paid for at the time of ordering and you will be given a order/payment receipt with an estimated time of arrival for your products (usually 1 week but can be upto 3 weeks). 

Charlotte Fletcher knows how hard it is for people from ethnic backgrounds to find a foundation that truly matches the skin or an eye shadow that has the same intensity on the skin as it has in the container.  Not only that but for some individuals it is just the pure frustration with not being able to find the right shade or colour for them.

The salon's return policy is as follows:

ALL make up or beauty products are non returnable due to hygiene.  The only exception to this is if the product(s) are found to be faulty. 

All other sundrie items are subject to exchange or refund by way of credit note ONLY, provided that they are unopened and still in new saleable condition. 

All consumer rights are not effected.
